Molecular Wellness Testing. Powered by Biomeme.

The same platform that identifies biological threats and distinguishes bacterial from viral infections can now monitor your molecular response to therapy — in real time.

Your genes don't change. But gene expression does — every day, in response to medication, diet, stress, and disease. We measure it.

The Thesis

Three Verbs. One Platform.

Transcriptomic wellness testing isn't a single snapshot. It's a longitudinal molecular journey.

Predict

Know how your body is likely to respond before starting a treatment. Genetic markers flag predispositions. Expression baselines establish your starting point.

Confirm

Verify the treatment is engaging molecular targets — don't wait months for clinical results. Gene expression changes appear weeks before weight, labs, or symptoms shift.

Monitor

Detect molecular drift before clinical symptoms appear. Longitudinal monitoring catches treatment fatigue, regain risk, and response changes early — so you can adapt proactively.

Applications

One Platform. Many Applications.

From deep whole-transcriptome sequencing in our CLIA laboratory to targeted molecular assays, Biomeme's platform captures how your biology responds over time across key health domains.

The Workflow

How Molecular Monitoring Works

A seamless, end-to-end pipeline from sample collection to actionable biological insight.

1

PAXgene Collection

Standard venous blood draw into a PAXgene RNA tube, stabilizing cellular transcriptomes at room temperature.

2

High-Depth Sequencing

Processed at One Health Labs (CLIA) via Illumina NovaSeq high-depth paired-end RNA sequencing (~30M read pairs).

3

Domain-Resolved Scoring

Rank-based module scoring across 3 Health Domains (Activation, Antiviral, Resolution) with deliberately no composite score.

4

Actionable Trajectory

Longitudinal reporting compares repeat tests (1, 3, 12 months) directly against your personal baseline with clinician guidance.

Platform Architecture

The Biomeme Molecular Ecosystem

Comprehensive wellness profiling bridges two essential molecular capabilities: high-depth whole-transcriptome sequencing in our CLIA laboratory and deployable real-time instrumentation for point-of-care intelligence.

As Biomeme's dedicated clinical testing arm, One Health Labs processes whole-blood RNA sequencing panels (such as Inflammation Compass) on Illumina NovaSeq instruments, delivering high-depth paired-end resolution across thousands of genes.

Alongside central lab sequencing, Biomeme's portable real-time PCR hardware (the Biomeme/5) provides decentralized molecular testing for targeted point-of-care applications.

The Science

Why Transcriptomics?

Unlike static genetic tests that tell you what you were born with, transcriptomic markers change in real time — giving you a molecular snapshot of what's happening right now.

Gene expression responds to medication, diet, stress, and disease weeks before traditional blood panels, weight measurements, or clinical symptoms change. That's not a marginal improvement — it's a fundamentally different category of insight.
